not too sure what your question is ....if your trying to ask what the difference is , the diamond tip will help keep the needle in place without letting it move around .

ya I always use diamond tips for linning , I think rounds are used for large needle groupings .

i use both, its a matter of preference, but i must say that diamonds line
a little better.

I've used both. Use rounds exclusively now just out of habit. I've filed round tips to a 45' angle just for the hell of it. what a mess.

Interesting - I always thought round tips were better for outlining vs. diamond. I've seen both at my tattooers show - but I think he used the diamonds for shading and the rounds for liners.

I use a diamond for lining mainly and rounds for color or shading in tight areas and such.

Doesn't using a diamond square tip make 5 Round Needles flop around too much vs. a Round tip?
I would think rounds needles would have too much 'play' inside square tubes...
?

Jig the needles tight and use the bands to pull them in true to the base of the diamond. 1 to 5 . For lining.
