bloodlineing is just a way of outlinning without the ink . SO if u were gouing to do a smoke effect , for example , u could juout line it with no ink and u would see the border of your desing with out a dsrk outline, personally I dont use this techniqe , I just mix a light grey wash and outline with that if necisary ...

Hello,
I have done quite a bit of this form of tattooing. I put a small amount of green soap in place of ink. Then like everybody else says just go to work. After a few days the green soap dissipate in the body "no line". Works great for me.
