DHD Coils

I'm sitting here waiting on the UPS truck to bring my new brass machine that I ordered from Chris. So I'm gonna retire my Kaplans machine for a while. But I plan to rebuild it. New coils and springs, all brass hardware and such. It's a long stroke machine so I'll probably set it up as a shader.

I've looked around for some really good quality coils and someone gave me a link to the DHD website. But apparently the page has no contact information or links to place an order with them. Does anyone know if DHD is still in operation? If so does anyone have a link to a webpage that I can order coils from?

are they more durable then the pieces of crap spauling and rogers coils :x.i found out why one of my machines was not able to turn down the voltage,i couldn't figure it out until voodoo was talkin to someone in the chat room about there machine and he said somethin about the capacitor.check it and sure enough that was it,thanks voodoo :) any way went to change it around and the wire broke ,couldn't be the outside wire nnooooo that would be to easy, had to be the inside. anyways unwound it and it looks like theres a nick in it ,maybe on purpose :? ,this is the second coil to do this :x on a different machine :x :x .so this happen to anyone else?they shouldn't break so easly,should they? :cry:

well after i unwrapped it i figured what the hell and wrapped it again,now it stayed the whole time i wraped it and soderd it -and didn't break :? i still think its a conspiricy :lol: anyways it works im happy.but thanx for the info voodoo :)

did u call to tell them of this problem?maybe they might send out some new coils for 'ya! :twisted:
