Nothing - It has the same Titanium Dioxide Pigment Color Index 77891 that all white has. The only difference between one white and another white is perhaps the amount of pigment and what chemicals used to hold the pigment in suspension. Also, you might be interested to know that most colors you buy off the shelf have been cut with white which gives you the vast amount of colors you see manufacturers selling. i.e. the difference between say perhaps blue and skyblue may be as little as adding a portion of white.
i figured this much thats why when i buy inks i tend to go for the darkest shade i can find and just lighten it as needed......

If you have blak, white, and the 3 basic colors (red, blue and yellow) you can make any color of the color wheel. White is actually one of my favorite colors to use; just a little bit in a black & gray peice will make it pop, and a little in color peices will show light reflection in your colors. Anyway, that's what I do when I run out of a color, make my own. It's fun coming up with all new shades.
