hello all, i am new to this, so i hope it might explain the question.
how do you set up your machine before starting? sat lining, i understand the nickle/dime gap, but it the gap between the contact screw and the a-bar? ive been reading Guy's book and he said to feel the nipple while the machine is running, but im not sure if my stroke is right.
ive done a couple of small pieces for friends and there is a lot of fall out going on. perhaps i was running the machine too fast?
i guess if someone can just quickly post up their basic setup of the machine before you start working on someone, that would be great.
