Does dry pigment have a shelf life. I have a large amount of Spaulding Rogers dry that has been in airtight containers out of sunlight for about 15 years.
If it can be used, can I use it to tint up some of the Unique homogenised that use at the moment.

Dry pigment is Dry pigment - No, there is no shelf life. However, there is a shelf life on suspension (liquids used to keep it separate) usually about 2 years.

I asked a technician in the printing industry if he would analyze some tattoo ink for me. He told me a week later that it would cost approx $3000
Aus dollars for a report. In process colour I use cyan, magenta, yellow and black - no white. If white is titanium, what are the other base derivitives. If it keeps it must be mineral ?

DO NOT run pigments through a sterilizer!!
The heat changes the chemical make-up of the pigments themselves which can turn them in to a TOXIC mess.
