Who Made the Bio Hazard Machines?

Still being new to tattoing and all, I use 2 BioHazard Machines (frame is a biohazard symbol) and love these things, Just don't know who made them.
Anyone out there have a Idea and have you use or used them ?

I first say them on ebay for sale as just frames. Then they went to full machines. But i can't remimber who mad them. :D
