spring tension gauge

A little help please..... I, formely known as soulmindfist... am wondering how to use this spring tension gauge, I got it from spaulding with no instructions.. anyone?

4 some strange reason, I keep on getting this weird log on security thing on my computer, after the crash on this site yesterday i re-registered, under the same name, then that stupid box kept on coming up, and when i typed in my login name and pass word, this big ass 401 error messge would pop up and i couldnt get into the forum, tried again today and the same crap happened, so I reregistered under the name urmindsi and changed my password and now its working fine again????????go figure
