needles in different size tubes

So here goes a third time:

By putting a bigger needle grouping into a smaller tube size you would get a tighter fit. If the needle is not binding wouldnt this be desireable to eliminate "play" in the tube? What kind of combos needle+tube have you guys used and what kind of results have you gotten? I put a 5rs into a 3r tube and it fits perfect, a lot less play than the 5r tube it was suppose to go in.

yes you can and i've done it with disposable tubes but you have more of a choice with SS tubes, i guess its a matter of trying out combinations.
one of the guy's on maimi ink did the same thing and that's what got me to
try it out too. try it out, what have you got to lose, you can always clave everything again.
by the way, i liked your baby with the ciggy avatar better than this one.

I do that quite often... 3s in a 5-tip (I use diamond shaped tips) works too for long lines. You get more ink in the tip... You just have to remember to work your lines "forward" to eliminate unwanted movement inside the tip.
