Green Outline

Does anybody know what causes outlines to turn green :?: I see it alot on older tattoos , several of my friends say theirs turned green in about 5yrs. my oldest is 15yrs. still nice and black. Is it cheap ink that turns green?

Depends on the placement of the tat. Ink turns diff colors under the skin. A forearn is more likely to change color on you than a ribcage tat. just depende in the ammount of skin developed post tat. Also older inks also have a tendancy to turn.
