Blue/green hue

I see alot of Tats done with a blue/green shade for the entire tattoo. Though I don't paticulary like the effect, who has the answer to what color this is/or which colors are being mixed to create this color?

Blue is the base colour. It is normally too strong in dry pigment and it usually gets cut with white to give lighter shades of blue and by adding yellow will give you greens.
