Hey guys
Im just wondering what kind of needle clusters you guys use to color, Ive been using 14 rounds, with so-so results. I did a tatt this weekend and it turned out like crap, it seemed none of my machines worked well, but when I tried to color in the black (with tribal black) I had to go over it twice to get it black. I stretched a lot and the outline went in well, but the coloring was shit, I know the dude will be back and expect most of the black to fall out. Shit!

small rounds for small pieces...and i mean small, are ok...but mags if used properly are much better. A lot less trauma to the skin. But practice first before using them cause you can really slice someone up if youre not careful.

I used to use 8rs but switched to mags and havent looked back since.

Ok, Im seeing a trend now, Maybe the 14 is too big, and its just ripping the skin, Ill try using a 7 or 9, maybe order some mags or flats , Never used them and dont want to tear up the skin when I do. but thanks for your advice.
