5 Round vs 4 Flat Shader Needles

Can anyone tell me why one would prefer or want to use a 5 Round vs 4 Flat Shader Needle?

Whats the difference really? And when would one be advantages over the other?

its mostly preference but the rounds are easier to fill with without damaging the skin but the flats are a little more versatile but harder to get a even fill with. id suggest getting both because their both good for different things and it would be handy to have and be familiar with both.

i use both but i do prefer flats or mags

ever since i went to mags, i have'nt even touched my rounds or flats
but what ever knocks ya socks off.

i perfer rounds, you get more of a feeling that your drawing with a pencil rather than using the flats

thats what ya get in a kit.......so thats what ya get used to first

flats are good for feather shades
rounds........anything from lining to fills, shades or even to divide up the length of time in a boxing match
