A couple of questions about ultrasonic

Whats the best solution to use when using the ultrasonic for cleaning the tips before autoclaving

also whats the best way of cleaning the needle/tip when changing colours

my personal preference is rapidex for the ultasonic which is easily available in the uk but there are loads more you can use im sure the guys will mention them
to clean the tip between colours either witch hazel or distilled water then a spay of alcohol in the reservoir
