Ratios of mix

Right, I have just been through all of the back posts regarding green soap and iso-propyl alcohol and I have now purchased both and would like to just confirm that what I am about to do is the correct ratio of mix.

Green soap for general washing down of the skin while tattooing 70% distilled water / 30% green soap.
Alcohol to clean and degrease the skin prior to shaving and green soap, 60% alcohol / 40% distilled water.

I intend to have a little green soap in a plastic cup in my ultrasonic to clean between colours, I presume a weaker mix is ok for that prior to final clean in clean distilled water in a second cup.

I would say the best thing to do would be read the instructions on the green soap, the stuff I get says mix 10 parts water to 1 part tincture of green soap. as for the alcohol I use all individually packaged swabs for cleaning skin and if I use any to clean tips during a tat I use it straight out of the bottle into a small med cup and then rince it in the water.
