Just some info for anyone interested - I inquired as to how much ink is in the 30-shot pkg of Millennium Ink Shots and was told its about 1-1/2 oz of ink.

I was doing a price-comparison between 1 oz. bottles and the box of 30-Ink Shots and wanted to calculate if the Ink Shots presented more expense because of the additional packaging. They don't...

Just some info..

And your not gonna use all that in a tattoo, unless it's huge. So, you might as well use the regular bottles. Just pour all your ink before you start your tattoo. Then there is no chace in cross contaminating your ink bottles. I just don't see the point.

Yea,
I suppose thats true - that if I only need a couple of drops of one particular color then 1 Ink Shot might be a bit of a waste breaking open a unsealable tube...

Thats 1.5 ounces devided by 30 right so youre only using a large cap at a time, so youre really not wasting much at all , and i would recomend using those if youre just starting out for youre safety as well as youre future clients. to keep cross contamination to the utmost mininmum. lets face it most of these guys grab a machine and go to town with little or unfortunately no idea about, or how to prevent cross contamination. and if youre putting in solid work, i wouldnt be worried about a cap of ink anyways.
