Has anyone here ever tried the kuro-sumi greywash shading ink? I've tried to water down the tribal stuff to no avail, just too damn black. I get this weird stippling type, pointelism effect. I've been using another brand of black for watering down to grey and just wanted to know if I could get a better color match with the kuro grey. Thanks.

I used to Mom's black to make my greys.
I now use Sumi greywash, and I love it.
I bought some ink bottles and have 3 levels of diluted grey, grey w/ a little black, and straight greywash. Made doing B+G stuff alot easier, and made set up time easier, no more mixing and diluting on the spot.
