power lining

Although im quite happy with the progress im making,thanks to a lot of info from you guys on this forum(Cheers Guys)im still not sure of the
technique of power lining,any info appreciated!

Do you mean making the outline thicker by double lining it or putting a thick line of colour right up to your outline prior to filling in a large area with a mag for example.

Ive heard a few artist refer to power lining,that being thicker outline in certain parts.
just wondered what technique was used,

possibly using a flat /or a tight 14 round???????????????? to increase line thickness...other than the technical jargon for those techniques.......
