lol no i bought it here. its just that..okay i love this site and all but truth is when it comes to buyin stuff from here the service sucks. sorry i know thats gonna piss someone off but just speakin what i feel. I bought the economy sterilizer and the thing had like two pages of instructions and the first was a picture and the second was a list of all the parts and a few vague instructions on sterilizing something. no instructions on how to put the thing together or where each piece goes or what its use is. I had to compare to the photo on the first page which looked like it went through a copy machine.

I too have to disagree on the lack of service. I just recently purchaced two and half bill of stuff, and the service was on the ball and e-mail and the timlyness of the shippment.... kudoos to supplytattoo.

I think your beef would be with the actual manufacturer of the sterilizer. If you ordered the thing and got it in a decent amount of time then NJ's did their job.

Ditto man. NJ has been nothing but helpful and quick. Granted I live only 8 hrs away and I get my orders in two days, they still don't mess around. I ordered a slew of stuff from them last week, of which they had made arrangements to have Technical send me 19 lexan disposable tubes that they didn't have in stock, and furnished me with a tracking number. NJ didn't call me two days later to say they're out of stock and leave it up to me to fend for myself. No. They took care of fuckin buisness and did all the legwork for me. Thanks NJ! I got the first part of the order yesterday. Technicals' on it too. It'll be here today. You don't find PR nor customer service like this just anywhere.

So in short bro, I know you meant well in your post, but I assure you... Needle Jack isn't the problem, it's the idiots at the MFG that packed it.

Sorry that the maker of your product left you hanging.
Cant blame NJ for the manufacturer giving no instructions.

Ive ordered plenty of times from NJ and NEVER had a problem.
In fact I ordered from NJ and from another company the same day.
I got my NJ deliery in 3 days. Took 3 1/2 weeks from the other place.
Also "the other place" is like 300 miles from me, NJ is halfway across the country. He gets ALL my business now.

okay guys settle down settle down. after using common sense i figured out how to use it and it works good but you have to keep an eye on it the whole time to maintain psi. and i was not completely knocking NJ most of the time when ordering needles, tubes, ink and things like that the service is ok. but spending a lot of money on something you expect a little more service. And as far as "it was the manufacturers fault" thats not saying much for the people who deal with them either. I mean if I go to a deli and buy stale bread are you gonna tell me it was the bakery's fault? NO the deli shouldnt be doin business with a bakery that cant make bread. But by no means am i gonna stop ordering from here i'm just gonna stick to needles tubes and ink.
