Starbrite- Need to dilute?

I just got a bottle of Starbrite orange.
I noticed in an ad they are "concentrated", alos read on another board that they need to be diluted.

Anyone got an idea if I'll need to dilute ?

I have been using Starbrite for years and the only colors I have ever cut (usually with a little white or lighter shade of same color) is the true green, deep blue and deep purple, just because they are so dark. I have never had need to cut the orange..... it goes in and stays in beautifully as is.....

what is the best thing to use when thinning out starbrites witch hazel or distilled water
