Although I've been studying tattooing since I got my first one four years ago, I've only recently (last few weeks) put needle to live skin (I love it, by the way). In the meantime I have had a whale of a time with a whole variety of mediums, that I can make sound like a serious pursuit by placing under the single title of "making stuff".

Let me see - I've made a suit of plate steel armor; hand-sewn 15th century clothing; made 15th century leather boots (along with pouches, sword-belts, etc); made swords and knives; created original stained glass pieces (both leaded and Tiffany-style); made silver jewellry; carved Welsh love spoons; made hand-carved wooden furniture; sculpted in Super Sculpey; tried out an airbrush (need more practice); made masks; tried one-stroke painting; used a coal-fired blacksmith's forge; drawn or painted pictures in acrylic, watercolor, using Paint Shop Pro, colored pencils, pastels, and sharpies; cooked authentic Indian curries and traditional Welsh dishes; and most recently, made hemp jewellry.

i guess you could say I have crafting ADD...
