so i got an ironstrongman and it looks great. but now both of my other machines work fine off the same powersupply and the strongman will just bog down after i hold the pedal for like 10 seconds. wtf! my old crappy superior wasp works better. and i always seem to have to go back to using my oldschool iron machine. so i got out the old needlejack videos and watched the tuning video again. (which all the vids are of poor quality) but thats beside the point. no matter how i tune the machine it just wont hold at any level. it just gets power for about 10 seconds. oh yeah, it runs strong without any tube or needle but as soon as it has some workload it takes a break. ive had it for 2 weeks and never used it. im lost and need some help. plus i got a big ass koi to do tonight and i dont want to have to use the old iron one unless i have to. its like driving a pinto with a porcshe in the garage. i know its something stupid too. so let me have it. thanks again... iowa sucks
i had the same problem with a machine last summer i called the compnay i got it from and they sent me a new one(machine, cord and power suplly), i doubt its anything to do with you its probably the machine itself maybe a bad capictor or coils? but i bet whoever you got it from will let you return it for a free one since its still new, atleast call them and give it a try.

We are not in the business of Free Machines. Especially since the StrongMan is not one of our products. However, we will fix it the first time at no cost to you. Send it back and we will repair it and send it back. Be sure you put a note in the box, address, etc.
