Nice work hydro,
deviantART is a good site dude, I love checking out peoples work on it.
being a bit of a photographer, i use PS7 all my tattoo design it's just so easy to sort things out the way you want it. I've been on a couple college courses on photoshop but still need to learn more about it, 'tis the shizzle:cool:

never heard of 3dmax, I use PSP, & Photoshop, Im still using Autocad for other junk (celtic knots, & junk like that)..... Btw if ya want to make kick ass celtic knots try autocad it will draw a elaborate a design as you dare.... the drawback to cad is its confusing to learn, Takes a huge amount of computer space if load you all the bells and whistles, Hard to convert to other formats (gif, jpeg etc..)The biggest drawback is price way over a grand per copy...
The good thing is it draws in real space... bascily if you want to draw a line 20 miles long it will actually draw a line 20 miles long (you gonna be scrolling to the end for hours unless you zoom out) also it will do 3d renderings, wireframes, and a bunch of other stuff I havent figured out (and I have been using it for 15 years)

I have also used autocad - the program is complex-- 3dsmax is kinda like the software pixar uses for animation-- you can do 3d modeling-and a bunch of other graphic design-- kinda like autocad but more complex!! it also costs about 10grand a copy(bittorrent my best friend)!!LOL
