[Edit] My second go at "BIGGER" B&G
I thought i would stick up a pic of my last piece. It's not often i get to work on big B&G so enjoyed every minute.
With not having much experience with larger B&G i deciced to set up my big slow machine and used a 13 weaved mag...... I will be using my faster machine next time lol

over all looks good im wondering how long it did take how do you think it came out? the only problem i see is right next to the cross on the left side where the tribal is around the cross, it seems uneven and a little diffrent from the left side. other than that i think it looks great

Looks pretty good, black looks nice and solid. But I'm an odd-ball, I actually like tribal.

Cheers men,
been using a tattoo machine for 'bout 2 year and into skin for just over a year.
The tribal piece and the cross were seperate sessions, i was touchin up the tribal a wee bit which originally took about 2/3 hrs and the latest session on the cross took an hour and a half. i used a 7 rt and a 13 mag on both pieces.
80/90% of tattoos i do are tribal or font, The scots are crazy for them, so when something like this comes along it makes a nice change.
I'm pleased with it (i wouldn't show it off otherwise:-) ) the challenge for me was the shading, and getting a shadow effect on a smooth surface.
Sac (eagle-eyes), yep the lower tribal is slightly thicker than the right, i explained that i was going to fatten the right to suit but he told not to bother coz the future plans me and the client have got it won't noticed :-) it's not easy getting symmetrical pieces spot on especially not this size on someones back, i don't think i did a bad job.

eagle-eyes nice one i agree over all it came out very well and i know what your saying about getting it balanced it is tuff to get both sides to match up perfectly. i think the gray shading in the cross did come out very smooth, i hope you got payed pretty good for this one. I'm going to be working on a tattoo tonight ill post some pictures when I'm done
thanks eagle eyes lol
