Another dumb question

Who lets their machine rest on their wrist while lining? I've found it to make my lines straighter, but it limits the freedom of my movement doing curvy lines. I'm using a big ass grip, so I can hold the machine off of my wrist no problem.

i tend to let mine rest below my wrist as it steadys the machines weight and balance so easier to line... certian lines lol some lines are tricky as hell with it resting on you. i use thin grips to line and and fat grips to shade/colour. i got small hands so works good for me

yeah, if I had some lighter machines, I could swing 'em around easier. I'm using 2 heavy ass brass machines and a steel one. I guess I just like the heavier old school type hardware.
