what would be the dampening characteristics of something like this? think it would rattle?looks solid as hell to me., i heard these things seem to "hum" rather than clack like a traditional machine.

Looks great really like the carving, its pronounced but not wayyyy overdone like you see with some carved machines. How does it run. Ive been thinking about trying out a couple copper machines, Its a nice looking metal and its way less common to see used on machines than like iron or steel and brass. I have a bronze machine that runs fantastic. Even runs a little quieter.

Sure did, thats a few of a number i've churned out this year. Next on the go is a hybrid metal frame. Stainless side plate with copper shelves and chuck.

Yea thats the one. I bought and used it for one tattoo and thought it just alright then i bought one of those rebuild kits from pulse recently and put some new springs and one of the 8 shaped armatures on it. its one of my favorite machines now, its got some weight to it which i like, it has little shorty coils but still pushes mags like nobodys business. If you get a chance at one his machines id give them a go. fantastic little color machine.

Another I just got done, callin it my coin dial. Used a number of copper coins from the 60's and 70's from different countries along with a '69 NZ 10c one shilling in the centre (last year the shilling was on the coin), looking at doin another, just knocked some coils together with '67 NZ copper 2c pieces soldered as the ends.
