OK so I know blowouts can be caused by putting too much ink into one spot. Is it possible to get a blowout because there was ink under there from a previous session? Or is ink completely stationary in the skin after the tattoo is healed?
I hope that question made sense.

the main reasons for blowouts are the angle your penetrating the skin at. and i pressume you mean doing a cover up.... by ink under there from a previous session... a normal cover up wont cause blowouts at all... unless the artist makes a mistake. there all pretty much down to the person tattooing and his/her ability to tattoo.

I think you hit the nail on the head KRAZY, I just recently had a blow out problem of my own. It was on the top of a foot, and I now realize that it was my angle most likelt because of the shape of the foot. Thanks for clearing that up!
