The true blue springs ?

Believe it or not the only time I've come across these blue handcut springs is when I bought an E/C Kaplan liner, and even he said that the blue springs are the shit to use.:confused:
So anyone got a foot or two for sale or a link to someone who does?

thanks, I actually have them all just haven't read through all of them thoroughly. fascinating stuff in there, though some of it is pretty technical.
