Now that needlejack is cleaning up the forum, taking out the trash and such, how about we all post more often? Not just on topics we can answer questions on, but asking questions and challenging others to ask questions, you know. Lets keep this forum dynamic (changing) and revolutinary (cause that what sharing info is after all). Post every day! Dig up old topics and re-state that nugget of info you posted a year ago! C'mon guys, you know it's been getting stagnant lately (how much real info has been shared in the last week) let's fix it! Oh, and let's not argue so much anymore, we've all done it, and don't you feel retarded for it?

how about a "tip of the week".....what else do you guys do to set up a machine for a tender area such as the rib cage.....besides adjusting the stroke for a softer hit?
