framey you tried the dot matrix method? lays out killer pro stencils at a fraction of the price... though if it was for shop use I would definitely go for the thermo just for legitimacy and speed. the matrix method kicks ass, but it takes more like a minute or 2 to get your stencil as opposed to the thermal that coughs it out in about 5 seconds.
