do any of you know if you set up a suitable room at home you can then get registered?
I know you could about 3yrs ago but im sure i heard a rumour that its no longer allowed and it has to be a shop, cant see the problem myself though

i'd check with your local council mate, things vary so much from council to council.

i have, got one email back just saying its illegal to tattoo unregistered....well der! lol replied back asking again if im able to tattoo from home if i have a room thats upto scratch and didnt get a reply this time....bloody not worth paying the coucil tax each month with these monkeys lol
i thought majority of councils were same with there rules in england

i have one set of rules stating you dont need a clave if you use disposables from one council and from another saying you need a working clave no matter what, which is why i assumed they are different in different councils.

the reason they probably havent answered your question about having one room is they don't know the answer! i worked for the council for a bit and usual procedure was if you don't know don't admit it!
