Jack Tattoo Supply is located in the beautiful state of Montana. We
are a family business that started on a shoe string in 2003 and currently
employee outsiders only when the workload is more than what we can handle.
Our company has grown at such a rapid rate
that often times we are forced to work long hours to meet the demand of
our customers. We would like to thank you for visiting our site and
hope that you will continue to purchase through us. We are sure you
will be happy with the level of care and detail we put forth with each and
every order.
Please take a moment to review our
policies. These guidelines are the result of many hours of time
consumed mistakes that have forced us to rethink the way we conduct our
business. Often we hear about other companies doing things different
than us - we're OK with that. However, we are not going to change
the way we do business to keep up with the Joneses.
We will ship outside of the United States
provided that funds are wire transferred to our account. We also make
exceptions if you are paying by PayPal and your account is confirmed.
We ship only to the billing address on the
Credit Card and / or the Confirmed Address on PayPal accounts. There
are No Exceptions to this policy. If you purchase an item and the ship
to address is different than the billing address, we will void the order and
refund the card if funds have been taken.

& Returns section of our website.
f you make a purchase and the amount charged
for shipping is more than the amount charged - we will contact you by way of
either email or phone to tell you we will need to charge you the additional
amount.
There are NO REFUNDS on our products under no
circumstances. If a product is received and it is not what was ordered
we will exchange it. But we will not take back merchandise used or
unused.
If we cannot contact you by way of phone or
email, we will refund the card and void the transaction.
If you buy a machine from us and it kicks the
bucket within the first 30 days - we will fix it one time free. After
that, it's $20.00 per tune up. (most of the time it's something you can do
yourself - i.e. wires cannot touch the frame or it will ground out)
We try to ship out all orders within the first
24 hours. However, there are no guarantees do to circumstances beyond
our control which sometimes cause shipment delays. If this happens we
will try and notify you by either email or phone to let you know the nature
of the delay.
We do not tolerate rude customers using
abusive language towards any of our employees. If we feel that you are
a nusuince, we will hang up the phone. We reserve the right to refuse
service to anyone.
We do not accept Personal Checks. Money
Orders are the only alternate form of payment aside from Credit Cards,
PayPal, and Bank to Bank Transfer. If we receive a Personal Check we
will simply return the check to you.
All Pending orders for PayPal are deleted
daily. If you pay with PayPal and it is legit it will automatically
move to the processing stage.
Prices on our site are subject to change
without notice. If you decide to not buy the merchandise but hold it
your que for a later date and the price changes - you will have to pay the
new price for the items in question.
All orders with Pending Status are held for
one week to allow adequate time for Money Orders to arrive. After that
- we delete the order. If your money order arrives after the one week
time limit it is mailed back to you.
If you mail us a Money Order for the wrong
amount within the time limit - your order will be deleted and your money
order sent back to you.
