Shipping & Returns

We have shipping warehouses in both NY and Montana (CorpHQ). In an attempt to please everyone, we try to ship out ground shipments the same day. Often this is not possible do to the amount of next day, 2nd day, and 3 day air shipments.

Our processing time is usually 1 day. If same day shipping is a priority you will need to contact us to see if arrangements can be made based off of time of order and availability of products. Questions regarding our shipping policies can be addressed direct at 800-741-1554.

Returned merchandise must be arranged through our shipping dept. prior to sending back any goods. If not, merchandise will be refused. We do not refund merchandise that has a shelf life ie (needles, ink, lotions, or any product that may or may not have come in contact with skin or blood borne pathogens).

Items that are returned are subject to a 15% restock fee or in store credit. Needle Jack Tattoo Supply, Inc. reserves the right to choose an alternate shipping option of equal value in the event that a particular carrier is not advantageous to customer receiving their merchandise in a timely manner. Shipping delays are the responsibility of the carrier and not Needle Jack Tattoo Supply, Inc. In the event that a product is damaged upon receipt immediately contact us so that we can send you a call tag. When we receive the merchandise back we will send out a replacement.
